Situated 10 kilometres from the sea and beside the River Villaine, in the heart of La Roche Bernard, a “Petite Cité de Caractère”, Camping Le Patis is the name of the municipal campsite of La Roche Bernard.
The campsite has been awarded three stars and offers all campers an exceptional environment for their stay.
A short walk through the little streets and alleyways and you will discover the history and heritage of our Old Quarter (Vieux Quartier) with its artists and craftsmen and its 16/17th century buildings.
Leave your car behind and walk up to the shops and enjoy window-shopping in rue St James, in this beautiful little town.
From the campsite you can also enjoy numerous activities,for example sailing, kayaking, fishing, and walking.
La Roche Bernard is renowned for its gastronomy which enables you to choose a variety of menus from an impressive number of restaurants, catering for all tastes and budgets.
La Roche Bernard is ideally placed to enable you to enjoy the beaches and rocky coves which are 20 minutes away by car and to visit the zoological park of Branféré and the Dinosaur Park.
Also within easy reach is the impressive walled city of Guérande; the elegant town of La Baule, which has the longest sandy beach in Europe and the historic city of Vannes, at the centre of the Golfe du Morbihan. The ancient, picturesque village of Rochefort-en-Terre, the natural Regional Parks of the Golfe du Morbihan and La Brière are all within half an hour’s drive.
In addition to tent and caravan pitches, the campsite has
two chalets (with heating) for hire and a separate area for camping cars.
